Sometimes things do not go as planned.  In the unlikely event your item is damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, we are sorry.

We have a 30 day return policy so please contact us within 30 days from the time your item was delivered to request a return, via sayhi@hijac.com.au and we will be your side to figure it out.

We are confident you will love your leash for life and it will last forever, so we offer a lifetime guarantee. If your leash breaks through normal wear and tear during its lifetime, you can return it to us and we will replace it. It will enter our 'Bite Back' scheme and be reused, repurposed or recycled to stop it entering the waste stream. 

Generally for returnable items we'll send you a return parcel and instructions on where to send it.

Non-returnable items

As no two leash handle colours are the same (see why here) we hope you understand that we do not accept returns for reasons relating to the handle colour.    

As our gift cards do not have an expiry we do not accept returns on this item.

Return Refunds/Replacements

Once we’ve received and accepted returned items we will get in touch to confirm a replacement of the item or a refund to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
